Well It's Not A Hopper Is It? Part Three

Post Edit image above:

looks over sharpened to me--I do that and then the next day regret it!

ME: Yes J I am learning less is more in editing!

Where we you focused?

What did you expect to be in focus?

Do you have sufficient Depth of Field to get what you expected?

ME: Hi B I think I had sufficient DOF I was focussed on the whole scene

A lens can be focused to only one point in space, so at one distance from the camera. You can’t be focused on a whole scene.

That’s why I asked where you were focused at, and if you had sufficient DOF.

ME: Thank You B focussing is a work in progress for me at the moment!

The 16-50 kit lens is a little marvel I find. It does however have heavy distortion. The camera will correct this in a very good way but only for the jpgs, raws will be distorted.

Great lens for landscape.

ME: Thanks P it does have some value in some circumstances

I agree with Judy, over sharp. Did you edit it or do you have HDR turned on in the camera?

ME: I edited this one no HDR in camera.

Over editing will do this to your Pic.

ME: Yes I am beginning to understand that now good lesson to learn!
